Cancelation Policy

We understand that issues occur and ask you to let us know if you cannot keep your scheduled appointment time for any reason. We will always do our best to accommodate you. You may cancel or change an appointment with at least 24 hours notice without charge (if applicable). We do set aside the scheduled time just for you, and by giving 24 hours notice, you allow the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment at that time. There are no refunds (if applicable) if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not show for your appointment. We do send reminders via text and email. We recommend arriving a couple of minutes before your scheduled time. If you are running late, at your therapist’s discretion, we may need to shorten or cancel your session as not to impact the next client’s scheduled session time. If you run late, 100% of the session cost will be charged (if applicable), even if the appointment is shortened or canceled.
