NADA Lifestyle Experience

Services & Items Provided by Circle of Hands (COH):

1) COH will provide a Chair Massage Station for NADA’s “Lifestyle Experience” for dates and times listed below. COH will coordinate, hire, and compensate:

• 8 Nevada Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) and 3 Sub-LMT’s to cover breaks. LMT’s will provide 10-minute chair massages and all supplies needed to do so (Non-mechanical massage chairs, disposable face cradle covers, aloe instant hand sanitizer, & disinfectant wipes).
• Booth Manager – Booth Manager will oversee the massage station – assisting LMTs when needed, regulating traffic in the attendee sign-in area, & set-up and breakdown of the foot massage station.
• Greeter – to greet attendees, assist Booth Manager with attendee sign-in area, oversee the foot massage station, and assists in packing of foot massagers.

2) COH will retain copies of LMT’s state licenses and insurance (listing NADA as an additional insured on policies).

3) COH will provide 12 electronic foot massagers, including shipping, to and from the show site.

4) LMT’s, Booth Manager, and Greeter will wear uniform black pants and a black polo shirt.

Please note, NADA or Sponsor Client has the option to supply different shirts, or attire, with the Client’s logos. Shirts must be short sleeve, tee or polo style – please no oxford style shirts.

5) All fees include travel, early arrival, and late departure for set up and break down.

Items Supplied by NADA:

1) Area within the Lifestyle Experience to setup 8 massage chairs. NADA will also provide one (1) 4’ table for supplies per every (4) massage chairs and a wastepaper basket at each station.(TBD)

2) Counter with two stools for sign-in desk.

3) Twelve (12) chairs and power supply for 12 mechanical foot massage machines.

4) Two (2) coat racks.

5) A water cooler to provide attendees with water after massage.

6) Event badges for vendor staff.

NADA PAC Suite / VIP Lounge

Services & Items Provided by Circle of Hands (COH):

1) COH will provide a Chair Massage Station for NADA’s “NADA PAC Suite” / VIP Lounge for dates and times listed below. COH will coordinate, hire, and compensate:

• Two (2) Nevada Certified Massage Therapists (LMTs) in VIP Lounge each day. LMT’s will provide 10-minute chair massages and all supplies needed to do so (Non- mechanical massage chairs, disposable face cradle covers, aloe instant hand sanitizer, & disinfectant wipes).

2) COH will retain copies of LMT’s state licenses and insurance (listing NADA as an additional insured on policies).

3) LMT’s will wear uniform black pants and a black polo shirt.

Additional Information:

1) NADA/Sponsor/Client must supply any literature and/or give away items the client wants to be distributed by massage therapists.

2) Authorized representatives have the option to keep LMTs after stated hours at an average hourly rate of the contract agreement.

3) To the extent permitted by law, Circle of Hands Chair Massage, LLC agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, NADA, against any and all loss, damage, liability, claim, demand, suit or cause of action, including the expenses of defending against such claim, demand, suit or cause of action, resulting from injury or harm to any person or property arising out of or in any way connected with the performance of work under this Agreement.

Terms

1) 50% of the amount payable will be due 3 months before the date of the event. There will be a 50% cancelation fee if written cancelation is less than 14 days. There will be a 75% cancelation fee if written cancelation is less than 48 hours.

2) Full payment is due within 30 days after date of event.

3) This quote is valid until the expiry date listed. After that date, the availability of therapists declines, and it becomes more difficult to staff your event; therefore, rates could increase.

4) A $50 non-refundable administration fee will be added to quotes, or deposits, accepted within five days, or less, of the event date, per therapist.

5) Inclement Weather: We can not control the weather or acts of God. Our first priority must always be the safety and well-being of the therapists. On days when weather conditions worsen as the day progresses, therapists may decide not to drive to events in during these times, or situations, to stay safe and/or due to being stuck at the event location. If this occurs, we can reschedule the chair massage for a different day. If it is a specific event (like a trade show) and there is no way for it to be rescheduled, we will refund the deposit.

6) Due to COVID-19, we ask that if people are sick, or live with, or come in contact with, a person who has COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, that they refrain from receiving a chair massage. COH’s massage therapists always sanitize the chair and their hands in between each chair massage. COH is not responsible for anyone that contracts COVID-19 or other communicable diseases. We do require that everyone wears a mask.

7) Guarantee: Unconditional
